This is a pretty pathetic post, but I am feeling guilty for not posting anything. And these were very good. The picture is terrible, and the paper plates are a result of that broken dishwasher some of you heard about on facebook. But if you don't grade on presentation, they were very good. We took mini bagels (Thomas') added pizza sauce (I FOUND CHEF BOYERDEE'S SOLD ALL BY ITSELF AT MEIJER!!!! This is significant because I have been whining for the past 10 years that they need to just sell the sauce. The rest of the kit is nothing special, but the sauce! Oh, the sauce. My absolute favorite!)
Right, back to the story. Then we topped with cheese and baked at 425 (random number I chose.) Would be good with toppings as well, but Bryan wasn't home and I am lazy, so cheese it was. The only thing I would do differently is to bake or broil the bagels before adding sauce and cheese next time. They absorbed the sauce and were a bit soggier than I would have liked. But so easy and good! (Also, maybe try a different brand of bagel if you don't like yours sweet. These seemed pretty sweet to me. Not a bad thing, just a comment. And I didn't use big bagels because I thought that they may be a big too "doughy" that way, but it may work out great. I am not a crust person.)
UPDATE: I tried broiling the bagels to toast them first, and did not have any better results. In fact, they seemed a bit less tasty. So back to the original way.
